The kicker is that the faster the nicotine leaves your body, the sooner the physical symptoms will decrease. So theirs is no better way than taking lots of fluids.

On the other hand, several factors may seem to make the withdrawal symptoms solid rather than weaker. Frequent intake of caffeine may be one of those that may trigger complicated situations in withdrawal symptoms. However, you have to remember that it is not applicable for all individuals. Every scenario is quite unique. You will surely realize it for yourself, because if you are feeling that caffeinated drinks are causing you cravings, you should quit caffeine intake.

Oftentimes, giving up a lot of things at the same time may open up another box of surprise, so what I can offer you is to try cutting back on the caffeine intake. Fruit juices, water or even ice cream shakes can aid you on the cleansing of your body system and eliminate the prevalent withdrawal symptoms in the quickest possible time.

Another conventional side effect of stopping the bad habit of smoking is the complications in sleeping. Oftentimes, you can sleep but you are not sleeping soundly or at ease and total relaxation. It does not matter how tired you might have been all day, the feeling of uneasiness and lack or serenity that your mind is not shutting down for the evening. You can also feel that comfort is nowhere to be found.

You can try some tips and tricks to overcome your restlessness and regain your feeling of relaxation. The main thing that you should do is to take a hot steaming bath or take a fresh shower before going into bed. You can also avail of the over-the-counter sleep aid that is totally legal and free from any addictive drugs until the symptoms subside. Just bear in mind that your symptoms will not last forever. So you have to be very patient and very devoted on your battle to stay away from smoking. You have to bear in mind that the first three days are the most vital of all.
