What you can do is to make three columns on a sheet of paper. The first column will be destined by the smoke related diseases that you know and you have heard of. The second column will be destined for the necessary actions and motivations on how you will quit smoking. The third column is destined to all the benefits that you will acquire if you succeed in ditching the nasty habit.  Keep this list with you and every time you are losing faith, try reading the paper to boost up the level of motivation. You always have to think positive in all ways and you should let everybody know about your stellar resolution.

SELECT AN IMPROVISED PERSONAL APPROACH. You have to ask yourself on how to break free from the bad habit of smoking. DO you planning on quitting on a sudden manner or slow manner? All you have to do is to ask yourself since you know yourself more than anybody else. Arrive with a comfortable phase and stick to your plan.

STAY AWAY FROM TEMPTATION. The first thing that you have to do is to throw way all items in relations to your smoking habit before. Ashtrays, lighters, and cigars should be thrown out.
